Incorrect orders can be returned within 7 days, subject to a 15% restocking fee. Items must be unused, in original packaging, with the receipt, and a completed return form. Contact Customer Service for a Return Authorization number. Note that sale items, custom orders, and cut fabric are not returnable, and return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
