    Easy Returns

    At Zagara Home LLC, we stand by the quality and craftsmanship of our products. If you receive a defective shipped item, returns are accepted within 14 days. Incorrect orders can be returned within 7 days, subject to a 15% restocking fee. Items must be unused, in original packaging, with the receipt, and a completed return form. Contact Customer Service for a Return Authorization number. Note that sale items, custom orders, and cut fabric are not returnable, and return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

    All orders are processed within 48 hours. For overnight delivery, orders must be placed before 3 PM EST the previous business day.
