Designed to extinguish the flame with grace, the snuffer rests gently atop the candle, softly suffocating the flame to preserve the integrity of the fragrance while eliminating the smoky haze of a blown-out candle. • Trim the Wick: Keep the wick at ¼ inch before each use.
• Align the Wick: After extinguishing, ensure the wick is centered and upright.
• Ventilate: Burn candles in a well-ventilated space.
• Keep it Clean: Remove wick trimmings, matches, and any debris from the wax pool.
• Avoid Drafts: Keep candles away from vents, fans, and air currents.
• Cool Before Relighting: Allow the candle to cool completely before re-lighting.
• Set Time Limits: For optimal burn, limit sessions to 3–4 hours.
• Watch for Uneven Burning: If the candle burns unevenly, it’s likely in a draft.

Lastly, always enjoy candles responsibly—never leave a burning candle unattended and keep it out of reach of children and pets.

Incorrect orders can be returned within 7 days, subject to a 15% restocking fee. Items must be unused, in original packaging, with the receipt, and a completed return form. Contact Customer Service for a Return Authorization number. Note that sale items, custom orders, and cut fabric are not returnable, and return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

All orders are processed within 48 hours. For overnight delivery, orders must be placed before 3 PM EST the previous business day.
